Water Soluble Reduced Graphene Oxide/Conducting Polymer Nano composite for alternative transparent electrode |
| 초록 |
Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) deposited on flexible plastic substrates has transparent and outstanding electrical properties with a low sheet resistance. It has been used as usual flat panel displays, plastic solar cells, and touch screens. However, ITO has increasingly expensive price due to limited resources and furthermore it is relatively brittle. Therefore, we were prepared with water soluble Reduced Graphene Oxide/Conducting Polymer Nano composite through noncovalent interaction. The preparation of films is made by simply spin coating on flexible plastic substrates. It shows attractive electrically conducting, flexible, and optical properties. So, it has many applications area. |
