제목 Synthesis and Characterization of CoAl2O4 Nanoparticles by a Hydrothermal Process
초록 CoAl2O4 nanoparticle was prepared under high temperature and pressure conditions by precipitation from metal nitrates with aqueous potassium hydroxide. CoAl2O4 was obtained in the temperature range of 150~210℃ for 6h. The synthesized CoAl2O4 powders were characterized by x-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and color spectrophotometer. The average size and distribution of synthesized CoAl2O4 powders was in the range of 10-20nm and narrow, respectively.
