제목 Fabrication and Characterization of Ru doped CeO2 Nanoparticles by Hydrothermal Process
초록 Ru doped CeO2 nanoparticles with high surface area have been synthesized by a hydrothermal process. The Ru ions substitution in Ce ions of lattice could lead to improve the surface area, which can be possibly activate the lattice oxygen. The surface area of samples could be controlled by doping the Ru contents and pH. The average crystallite size of particles were found to the range of 5-10nm, which was measured by XRD analysis. The morphology, chemical composition and surface area of Ru doped CeO2 were characterized by FE-SEM, BET, FE-TEM and XRF.
