제목 System for realtime spectral analysis of DNA nanocrystal self -assembly within micro-scale hollow optical fiber.
초록 We present a real-time spectral analysis of the annealing process of DNA nanocrystals in hollow optical fiber (HOF) micro-capillary, as well as a process for making picoliter-scale droplets within the HOF. A micro-scale cored silica HOF was used as a micro-capillary, into which DNA-water solution was injected. The HOF was connected to a CW laser and to an optical spectrum analyser, and the DNA was subjected to an annealing process to achieve a real-time spectrum of the self-assembly of DNA nanocrystals. In addition, a process was used to make periodic microfluidic structures within the HOF before annealing.
