제목 Enhancement of photo-efficiency of Core/multi shell by using Molten salt and Plasma-assisted surface modification
초록  Core/multi shell with enhanced photo-efficiency was made by using Molten salt method and Plasma-assisted surface modification. In general, the presence of an -OH group on the surface of the phosphor causes a quenching effect, which lowers the efficiency of the phosphor. In order to reduce the effect, shell was prepared and then the hydrophobic Hexadecyltrimethoxysilane(HDTMS) was modified on the surface of the shell. After surface modification, the water contact angle increased from 65.7° to 100.4°, which means that it was deleted as the -OH group on the surface and surface modification was successfully carried out. In the TEM measurement results, it was possible to confirm 5 nm of shell and 10 nm multi shell. Also, Si element attributed to multi shell was identified by using EDS & Mapping. Through measurement result of quantum efficiency, it was confirmed that the optical characteristics were enhanced.
