Hyperbranched Polyglycidol/Lecithin Hybrid Liposomes for Controlled Drug Delivery |
초록 |
Liposome is a spherical vesicle composed of a bilayer membrane and commercially important drug delivery system because of their biocompatiability. Lecithin liposome was fabricated by self assembly method. Liposomes are capable of encapsulating hydrophilic drugs in their inner aqueous compartment in their lipid bilayer. To increase stability of drug loaded liposome, we incorporated hyperbranched polyglycidol (HBP) with lecithin. The average diameter, polydispersity index and zeta potential of liposome was determined using dynamic light scattering analyzer. The morphologies of liposomes were observed by scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. |
