We fabricated hybrid white organic light-emitting diodes, which was deposited by three materials co-deposition with bis[2-(diphenylphosphino)phenyl]ether oxide (DPEPO), bis[4-(9,9-dimethyl-9,10-dihydroacridine)phenyl]sulfone (DMAC-DPS), iridium(III) bis(4-phenylthieno[3,2-c]pyridine)acetylacetonate (PO-01). The DMAC-DPS is high efficiency blue thermally activated delayed fluorescent (TADF) emitter and the PO-01 is high efficiency yellow phosphorescence emitter. Improved a emission efficiency of the hybrid white organic light-emitting diodes utilizing the both singlet and triplet excitons of the materials. The hybrid white organic light-emitting diodes showed a quatum efficiency of 22.4%, a power efficiency of 60.3lm/W, a color coordinate of (0.32,0.39). In addition, electroluminescence spectra of the hybrid white organic light-emitting diodes has a stable from 100 cd/m² to 5,000 cd/m². |
