제목 A Pseudo-Regular Alternating Conjugated Copolymer Using an Asymmetric Monomer: A High-Mobility Organic Transistor in Nonchlorinated Solvents
초록 We have described the first example of a conjugated pseudo-regular alternating copolymer PDPP–TVS that is soluble in nonchlorinated solvents. The conjugated backbone of this polymer is strictly irregular due of the irregular distribution of T and S moieties in the TVS units along the chain; however, the sp2-hybridized carbon backbone structure displayed the same periodicity as in the regularly alternating copolymers PDPP– TVT and PDPP–SVS. The synthesized polymers were highly soluble in nonchlorinated solvents, and they also showed molecular orientations and packing structures similar to those observed in PDPP–TVT and PDPP–SVS. OFET devices fabricated using these novel polymers in non-chlorinated solvents exhibited a high µ up to 8.2 cm 2 V −1 s −1 .
