제목 | Preparation and Characterization of Solid Dispersion of Poorly Water Soluble Drug, Acyclovir |
초록 | A solid Dispersion is the dispersion of poorly water-soluble drugs in water-soluble inert polymeric carriers and has been widely used to enhance the bioavailability of poorly water-soluble drugs and there are two methods to prepare solid dispersions-co melting method and solvent evaporation method. We prepared solid dispersions of acyclovir using two method, spray drying method and freeze drying method varying the composition of drug and hydrophilic polymer. SEM, XRD, DSC were used to evaluate the physicochemical properties and solid dispersions and dissolution test was conducted to investigate the release pattern of solid dispersed acyclovir tablets.
