제목 Synthesis and characterization of organic nano-structures through surface-induced self-assembly
초록 Organic nanotubes have been of great interest in the fields of chemistry and biology. Especially, the importance of the organic nanotubes with highly ordered structures is that they have high surface area and directional orientation. In addition, charge and electrons can move through the ordered phases more easily increasing their transfer rates, making it possible application of the structures in photonic and optoelectronic device. Therefore, we introduced surface-induced polymerization with novel dendron monomers, followed by self-assembly on nano templates. The dendron based on vinylene-phenylenes or triarylamines with a cross-linking group such as a carbon-carbon double bond on the wedge of the dendrons have been synthesized through palladium-mediated coupling reactions. To prepare distinctive sizes of the nanotubes ATRP technique on various templates were attempted. We will show the resulting characterization data of the synthesized dendron monomers and polymers.
