제목 The Effects of Nucleating Agents on Isothermal Crystallization of poly(lactic acid)
초록 The effect of chemically modified plasticized starch(CMPS), which is biobased,biodegradable and thermoplastic material, as a new nucleating agent on the isothermal crystallization behavior of poly(lactic acid) was studied by differential scanning calorimetry measurement(DSC). The effect of CMPS content was also observed The crystalllinity and overall kinetic rate constant(K) of PLA were much increased by addition of nucleating agents, while the half crystallization time, t1/2, was decreased. The efficiency of CMPS as a role of nucleating agent was comparable to that of granule starch but poor than that of talc. The amount of CMPS was not much affected the isothermal crystallization of PLA
