제목 레진필름함침법(RFI)으로 성형된 현무암 섬유 복합재의 기계적 특성평가
초록 Basalt fiber reinforced composites were fabricated using RFI(Resin Film Infusion). Plasma polymerization on basalt fabric was conducted using atmospheric glow plasma discharge plasma. In plasma polymerization, which operated with optimum voltage of 3.5 kV and frequency of 20 kHz. Helium was used as a carrier gas. Plasma exposure time was varied. Plasma polymerized basalt fabric composite was fabricated. Tensile strength and Moisture Resistance have improved by 9.8% and 31% at the maximum respectively. SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) observation on the fracture surface revealed that the plasma polymerization have improved the interfacial bonding and the mechanical properties of the composites.
