제목 전자주입물질로 적용 가능한 수용성고분자의 합성 및 특성 연구
초록 Polymer solar cells (PSCs) have considered in many fields, due to their advantages of low cost, easy process and potential application in flexible large-area. The normal structures of PSCs consist of ITO, HTL, Active layer (polymer blended with PCBM), ETL and metal with low work function.We have studied the solar cell with a structure of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT:PCBM/new water soluble polymer/Al. In addition, we have studied PSCs with inverted structure based on new water soluble non-conjugated polymer as an EIL material (EIP). In this presentation, we will report the performances of the normal and inverted PSCs based new water soluble polymer.
