제목 Donor Engineering for achieving high external quantum efficiency blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence molecules with low efficiency roll-off
초록 Thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) molecules with high RISC accompanying high photoluminescence quantum yields (PLQY) were designed by attaching additional carbazole to benzofuro carbazole moiety. The rigid structure and further sterical position of donor induced large twisted angle achieving low roll-off and high EQE in device performance. Three blue emitters were succesfully synthesized with high yield and showed high External quantum efficiencies (EQE) of up to 25.2% showing low efficiency roll-off at high current density.
