제목 Evaluation of anticorrosive performance for nanosized flake zinc phosphate pigment
초록 The study deal with nano-flake-zinc phosphate pigment for anticorrosive barrier coating. Zinc phosphate is known to be one of the most commercially successful non-toxic inhibitive pigments used in paint formulations.In order to improve protective action, the shape and size of pigment were controlled.The scanning electron microscopy and x-ray diffraction techniques were used to observe the composition and morphology of the pigment. The corrosion inhibition performance of the pigments was monitored using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy technique (EIS). It was found that the pigment content in coating and the shape and size of zinc phosphate pigment affect greatly the anticorrosive barrier function of organic coating.
