Influence of preparation temperature on the anticorrosive behavior of zinc phosphate-coated mica pigment |
초록 |
The objective of this work was to study the anticorrosive behavior of zinc phosphate-coated mica pigment. In order to improve the protective action, the corrosion inhibition properties of zinc phosphates and mica were combined. In the present work, zinc phosphate-coated mica pigments were prepared at different reaction temperatures. TheSEM andXRD showed that the composition and morphology of the pigment changed with preparation temperature. And the corrosion inhibitor performance of the pigments was monitored using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) technique. It was found that the anticorrosive inhibitor of the pigment prepared at 70℃ is better than that prepared at 20℃. |
