제목 Anthracene-imidazole based high selective and sensitive fluorescent “turn-on” sensor for Fe3+
초록 A new fluorescent chemosensor 1, derivative from anthracene, was synthesized and investigated for fluorescent sensing behavior by various metal ions. This chemosensor displayed a selective and sensitive fluorescent “turn-on” toward Fe3+ in acetonitrile solution. Other ions including Ag+, K+, Li+, Na+, Ca2+, Cd2+, Co2+,Cu2+, Ni2+, Hg2+, Zn2+ induced no such significant effect on the fluorescence of 1. The 1:2 stoichiometry of sensor complex 1+Fe3+ was confirmed by Job’s plot based on fluorescence emission titration. Furthermore, the binding sites of sensor complex 1+Fe3+ was properly identified from 1H NMR study.
