The Synthesis and Evaluation of New Coumarin-Based Chromophores |
초록 |
One of the main objectives of the research was the development of new dyes to obtain stimulated emission (fluorescence) from organic chromophores. Generally, the coumarin typed chromophores are available which cover the absorption spectrum from the ultra-violet to near infrared region with a high intensity and are giving intense an fluorescence which itself has a high extinction coefficient. In our works, the photophysical properties of coumarin dyes synthesized were determined in various organic solvent. These dyes were given a solvatochromic behavior (i.e. negative solvatochromism, hypsochromic shift). Also, it was examined the fluorescence properties of new coumarin dyes synthesized. |
