In the last decade, considerable effort has been focused on easy fabrication and various application of porous inorganic materials. Those fabrication methods have been mainly accomplished by the use of template and replication of 3-dimensional (3D) arrays. We present 3-dimensional arrays with block copolymer nanoparticels and nanoporous structure prepared by using this multilayer template. Polystyrene-b-poly(2-vinylpyridine) (PS-b-P2VP) block copolymer (126,000 g mol-1) was prepared by living anionic polymerization. The nanoparticles formed from reverse micelles were consisted of the core of P2VP and the shell of PS in toluene. The average size of the nanoparticles was 70±5 nm. The 3D arrays were prepared by deposition ITO substrate vertically in polymer solution at 40 ℃ for 5 days. To prevent from merging these nanoparticles, polar solvent with hydrophilic property was added. We tried to make nanoporous structures prepared from inorganic precursors by sol-gel reaction. |
