제목 ​Evolution of metagenome-originated lipase and elucidation of effect using computational simulation
초록 ​Lipase(E.C.3.1.1.3) is used as an important enzyme in various industriessuch as medicine, pesticide, detergent, and waste treatment in theproduction of esters in fatty acids. As application field isexpanded, enzymes utilizing various fatty acids were also needed.This study aims to find mutant enzymes with increased activity andthermal stability by screening beneficial mutant from random mutationlibrary for LipC12 (PDB ID: 6CL4) obtained from metagenomes.Molecular modeling was performed to explain the improved activity andthermal stability of enzymes.
