제목 The comparison of SEC-LS and DLS capabilities of large protein aggregates
초록 BSA has numerous biochemical applications including stabilize some enzymes during digestion of DNA to prevent adhesion of the reaction tune, pipet tips and other vessels. And also often used as a protein concentration standard in lab experiments. We studied to the complementarities of two techniques, dynamic light scattering(DLS) and static light scattering detector coupled with a size exclusion chromatography system(SEC-LS), using denatured and aggregated BSA have been dosed at different levels into a non-denatured sample. The SEC-LS result shows that content of the aggregator and each molecular weight. The DLS typically changed the total intensity of scattered light by sample, non-denatured particle has 5nm but can be checked generated aggregation peak over time. By comparing the SEC-LS and DLS, it is complementary techniques to determine the amount of aggregator and identifying individual molecules.
