제목 Microparticle capture and antibacterialproperties of jellyfish extracts.​
초록 Nnanoplastics (NPs)which are degraded from common plastics can be concentrated in the human bodythrough food chain and have harmful effects on human health. According to theprevious studies, the protein secreted from Cindaria in response toexternal stimuli is useful to capturefine particles and also its innate immune system is known to secretantibacterial proteins to prevent the invasion of harmful microorganisms.Therefore, we have induced the release of the immune substance from jellyfish (Aureliaaurita), a species of Cindaria, using a physical method and thenhave proved its capability to capture NPs. Quantitative polymerasechain reaction(qPCR) has been also performed with Escherichiacoli to determine the optimal concentration of the immune substance inantibacterial properties.
