Synthesis of amine-functionalized telechelic polystyrene |
초록 |
We have successfully synthesized amine functionalized telechelic polystyrene. 3-Azidopropyl-2-bromopropionate was first synthesized in tetrahydrofuran(THF) at room temperature. 3-Azidopropyl-2-bromopropionate was converted to xanthate type of RAFT agnet in THF at 30℃ using methyl lithium and potassium ethyl xanthogenate under nitrogen. Azide functionalized polystyrene was synthesized in toluene at 110℃ using RAFT agent and AIBN via RAFT radical polymerization of styrene. The resulting α-azide-functionalized polystyrene carrying in the xanthate group at the chain end was modified using excess AIBN. The resulting polymer carrying the cyanide group could be modified to the telechelic polymer bearing to the primary amine group using Lindlar catalyst. In this presentation, we will report all the results for these experiments. |
