Characterization of Novel Thermosensitive and Biocompatible Pluronic F127 Derivatives for Cartilage Tissue Engineering |
초록 |
Thermogelling Pluronic F127 has been studied extensively as a biocompatible material for drug delivery system and tissue engineering. In this study, we synthesized novel temperature-sensitive, biocompatible Pluronic F127 derivatives, and Gly-Arg-Gly-Asp (GRGD) peptide was then grafted to F127-4-methacryloxyethyl trimellitic anhydride (FM), F127-glycolide-4-methacryloxyethyl trimellitic anhydride (FGM) respectively. These functional polymers were characterized by FTIR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, GPC and dynamic mechanical analysis. Cytotoxicity of the polymers was evaluated in cell viability of chondrocytes using trypan blue dye exclusion assay. |
