Reaction Mechanism of CZTSSe using Metal Precursors |

We report on the reaction mechanisms of the CZTSSe double layer, voids, and ZnSSe layer in the CZTSSe which was shown high efficiency of 12.5% certified by the Korea Institute of Energy Research (KIER). Detailed formation mechanisms are reasonably proposed based on phase evolution tracking at various temperatures by TEM analysis. The samples were collected at various temperatures during sulfo-selenization, which is the same process used for fabricating the highest-efficiency cells.
