제목 Silica nanostructure via SSQZ/block copolymer self-assembly
초록 Silica nanostructures find a variety of applications including modern thin-film applications. In our work, instead of a conventional sol-gel process, silsesquiazane(SSQZ) was used as an alternative silica precursor. Compared with silsesquioxane consisting of Si-O-Si bonds, SSQZ has an advantage that it is easy to combine with an organic compound due to an amine group on silica-based main chain. In this study, block copolymers were used as a structure-directing agent to combine with SSQZ. They are expected to interact with SSQZ via hydrogen bonding or π-π interaction. After coupling, the SSQZ structure can be controlled by using the self-assembly property of the block copolymer. For the purpose, various types of block copolymer such as polystyrene-block-poly(methyl methacrylate), polystyrene-block-poly(ethylene oxide) and polystyrene-block-poly(2-vinylpyridine) were used. The nanostructure of SSQZ/block copolymer hybrids after cross-linking SSQZ was investigated by using AFM and SEM.
