소형 ZrCo 용기의 흡탈장 반복 성능 평가 |

From a 1/10 scale ZrCo bed, changes of the recovery rate and the delivery rate were measured during 25 hydridings/dehydridings. This bed has a thin ZrCo layer of 3 mm, a large heating area of ~2.04 cm2/g-ZrCo and a large filter surface area of ~1.82 cm2/g. During a recovery to ZrCoH1.8, 90% of the hydrogen was absorbed in one minute. During a delivery, 90% of the hydrogen was delivered in 32 minutes at 0.89Pam3/s of an average delivery rate. During 25 hydridings/dehydridings, hydrogen accumulated in the ZrCo increased from 0.02[H]/[ZrCo] to 0.25[H]/[ZrCo] as an atomic ratio of the H/ZrCo. By one delivery at 350oC, the hydrogen was accumulated by as much as 0.01[H]/[ZrCo] as an atomic ratio of the H/ZrCo. During 25 successive hydridings/dehydridings, the delivery time for 90% of the hydrogen was increased from 32 min to 35.5 min. After 26 hydridings/dehydridings, the accumulated hydrogen was almost completely removed at 500oC for ~20 min. After this, the recovery rate and the delivery rate were almost the same as the first recovery rate and delivery rate. A few % of a capacity loss occurred during 25 hydridings/dehydridings, but the original capacity was completely restored after a removal of the accumulated hydrogen at 500oC for two hours. |
