Transparent and stretchable electrodes can be played an important role in a wide range of application such as wearable, rollable, and foldable electronic devices. The key point of stretchable electrodes is to maintain superior performance during stretching and relaxation of the devices. Here, we suggest a novel approach of self-assembled CNT films with uniform mesh-patterned structures by elastomeric polymer template. The percolating mesh-patterned networks lead to the higher transparency and low sheet resistance compared to randomly oriented networks. The electrical, optical property of CNT films with mesh-pattern was summarized as a function of the number of deposition numbers. Our approach, the mesh-patterned networks showed stable stretchability during elongation as strain while random networks lost their conductivity. In addition, the mechanical durability was confirmed during 500th stretching cycles. |
