We describe the results of our work performed to improve piezoelectric properties of poly(viny1idene fluoride). First of all, to induce highly oriented ß-form crystallites which phase are strongly correlated with Piezoelectric · ferroelectric properties of PVDF, we make a choice the electrospinning process which is a straightforward technique for forming the ß phase of PVDF directly from solution. Furthermore, as applying the additional method such as drawing, polling, loading the another nano materials, Its process lead to a synergistic ß-phase-promoting effect. To study the polymorphism of the nanofibers, we use wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra, DSC (Differencial Scanning Calorimeter), To measure changes in the polarization, the P-E hysteresis loop was obtained with a ferroelectric testing system. The piezoelectric constant in the thickness direction, d33, was also measured with a laser (633 nm He-Ne laser) reflection system. |
