제목 Characterization of crystal structure,Ferro-, Piezoelectric Properties of Poly(vinylidnene fluoride)-Carbon Nanotube Nanocomposite Made by Electrospinning Process
초록 Electrospun Polyvinylidene difluoride membranes were prepared by electrospinning process. The effects of the electrospinning process on the formation of the b-phases of PVDF were studied. This process is certainly correlated with promotion of the b-phase. To verify the effect of carbon nanotube on crystal structure and ferro-, piezo- electric properties, poly(vinylidene fluoride)-carbon nanotube ranging from 0.02wt% to 1.0wt% nanocomposite membrane were made. With MWCNT addition, the content of piezoelectric b-form crystal was increased up to approximately 70%, resulting in enhancement of remnant polarization and mechanical displacement. General process to increase b-phase contents such as Poling and drawing were also carried out. Incorporation of these process can act as synergistic method to induce not only highly oriented b-form crystallites but also great ferro-,piezoelectric performance of PVDF membranes and PVDF-carbon nanotube nanocomposite membrane.
