제목 Highly Conductive and Flexible Silver Nanowire-Based Microelectrodes on Biocompatible Hydrogel
초록 We successfully fabricated silver nanowire (AgNW) microelectrodes on glass and plastic substrates using the photolithographic process for the first rime. The AgNW-based microelectrodes exhibited exhibited excellent electrical properties and mechanical flexibility. The electrical conductivity of AgNW-based microelectrodes could be controlled by pattern dimension and density of the AgNW. Moreover, we optimized the patterning technique of the AgNW-based microelectrodes on a biocompatible hydrogel substrate through direct transfer process from a glass to a biocompatible hydrogel. The AgNW microelectrodes on the hydrogel exhibited excellent electrical performance and mechanical flexibility. Furthermore, the AgNW microelectrodes on the hydrogel showed superior stability under wet conditions. We anticipate that the AgNW microelectrodes on the hydrogel can be a promising platform for realization of practical bioelectronics devices.
