| 초록 |
Effects of solvents on cocrystallization were studied using adefovir dipivoxil and dicarboxylic acids as a model system. Methanol and ethanol as solvents were compared when suberic acid and succinic acid were coformers. Solubility and metastable zone width were evaluated at 25°C. The molecular origins of the observed solvent effects are under investigation. |
