Synthesis of Metalchelate complexes as electron transport materials and Red Light emitting Host in OLED |
| 초록 |
Metalchelate complexes are often used as a carrier transport material in OLEDs, because they have a good carrier transport property. We have synthesized metalchelate complexes, HBQB as an Electron-transport and red host material. When we used HBQB as an electron transport material in conventional Red OLED device, the device exhibited better power efficiency of 0.63 lm/W compared to 0.46 lm/w of Alq3 device. |
