제목 Preparation and Characterization of Poly(butylene terephthalate) Nanofiber by Electrospinning
초록 The study on electrospinning of poly(butylene terephthalate) (PBT) has rarely been reported. We, in this study, focus on the electrospinning of PBT. PBT solution in trifluoroacetic acid as a solvent was electrospun to obtain fiber of a nanoscale with various amount, the electrostatic voltage, TCD and the flow rate of the solution. The morphology of fiber highly depended on the variables of processes. The morphology of fiber was analyzed by using a scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA). The average of diameter in fibers showed 280 nm at condition of 8 wt.% polymer soluton, 20 kV, 16cm TCD, 0.4 ml/hr flow rate and 500 rpm.
