제목 EDLC Performances of Electrodes from Electrospinning of Blended Solutions
초록 For the simplification of the carbon fiber process, zinc chloride (ZnCl2) and subsequent thermal treatment without activation process was performed. The advantages of ZnCl2 addition were reduction of fiber diameter, shorting of the stabilization time, evolution of pores through heat treatment up to 500m2g-1. In approaching the good enough spinnability and high enough electrical conductivity, blend solutions of petroleum based isotropic pitch (IP) and polyacrylonitrile (PAN) were electrospun to prepare activated carbon nanofibers (ACNF) with two phases. The samples activated at 900℃ for 60 min under the experimental conditions exhibited high specific capacitance, BET specific surface and power density of 143.1Fg-1, 1877 m2g-1, and 1300 Wkg-1, respectively. When the capacitors have a phase angle of -45o, the reactive impedance equals the resistive impedance, and the working frequencies was about 5.5Hz implying very high rate property.
