Design of Multifunctional Nanoprobesfor Dualmodal Bio-imaging |

Multifunctional nanoparticles(NPs) have been applied to multimodal imaging and diagnosis. Herein, we report our design of multifunctional NPs, which is capable of targeting cell, and also detectable by optical and position emission tomography (PET) imaging. Staring from dye doped silica NPs, we modified their surface with PEG and conjugated with NOTA to chelate 68Ga. Maleimide groups were then introduced onto the NPs for targeting molecule. We will demonstrate their bio distribution via in vivo PET imaging. |
