Multifunctional nanoprobes for biodistribution study and specific targeting |
| 초록 |
Successful translation in the use of nanoparticles (NPs) for in vivo biomedical application from laboratories to clinics requires exhaustive and elaborate studies such as bio-distribution and biocompatibility tests of NPs. Herein, we report on multifunctional fluorescent silica NPs (F-silica NPs), which are capable of cell targeting , and also detectable by position emission tomography (PET). Staring from F-silica NPs, we modified their surface with poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG) and conjugated with NOTA to chelate 68Ga. We investigated the effect of PEG chain length on the bio-distribution and circulation of NPs. |
