제목 Assembly of Lipid Bilayers on Hyaluronic Acid Hydrogel Nanoparticles Modified with 1, 2-Ditetradecanoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine
초록 We modified hyaluronic acid (HA) with UV-crosslinkable moieties (methacrylate or 2-aminoethyl methacrylate ) and a lipophilic moiety (1, 2-ditetradecanoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine (DMPE)), and then prepared hydrogel nanoparticles via a surfactant-free inverse microemulsion method using UV irradiation. The resulting hydrogel nanoparticles had aliphatic lipid chains of DMPE on their outermost surface on which lipid bilayers bearing hydrophobic drug components could be assembled. The loading of a model system was confirmed using a conjugated oligoelectrolyte, cryogenic transmission electron microscopy and spectroscopic techniques. These cross-linked polymeric particles can be applied for transdermal delivery of cosmetics or biomedical delivery.
