제목 | Study on Supersaturation, polymorphs and morphology in Anti-solvent Crystallization. |
초록 | Many variables act on the anti-solvent crystallization. The addition rate, the addition method, and the ratio of solvent to anti-solvent. It is possible to check in real time how the Raman and FBRM work on these variables in crystallization. In this study, the difference in supersaturation according to the addition rate of anti-solvent was confirmed in the normal addition to add anti-solvent to the solution. Other conditions, concentration, temperature, stirring speed except for the ratio of anti-solvent to solvent are kept constant. The nucleation time, crystal form and crystal size were obtained according to the difference in supersaturation. The slower the rate of the anti - solvent added to the solution is, the smaller the supersaturation is, and the first crystal obtained is the epsilon form. In addition, as the degree of supersaturation increases, the rate of nucleation and the rate of crystal growth increase, and the size of the crystal decreases. |
