제목 수분산성 아크릴 수지의 합성과 에폭시실란의 경화도막 물성 연구
초록 In order to prepare the waterbornesilicone acrylic resin coatings, acrylic resin was prepared by apolymerization of monomers.Tg(Glass transition temperature)ofcopolymer was fixed at 30°C and the contents of tertiary amine monomer were varied to be 5~20 wt%. γ-Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane containing epoxywas used for curing agents. On the basis of synthesized resins two component waterbornepaints were prepared and their physical properties and effects on weatherability were examined. The gloss retension and color difference were improved at low tertiary amine concentration. The coatings containing 10wt% tertiary amine concentration have especially good weather resistant properties.
