제목 Preparation of Polythiophene Nanoparticles for Transparent Conducting Films
초록 Polythiophene nanoparticles were synthesized by Fe3+-catalyzed oxidative polymerization, and were introduced to prepared transparent conducting films by coating processes. Poly(sodium 4-syrene-sulfonate) (PSS) as a polymeric surfactant was important materials for particle stabilization and film formation. The size of polythiophene conducting films was adjusted by concentration of PSS and H2O2, which was secondary oxidant, and particle size and morphology were proved by SEM. After coating process, transparency and photoluminescence properties were characterized by UV-vis absorption spectroscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy, respectively. Also, Electrical properties of PT film were analysed by conductivity meter, and were controlled by concentration of PSS and H2O2.
