제목 LSPR biosensor chip based on glass substrate for high sensitive detection of C-reactive protein
초록 Recently, there has been a growing interest in non-labeled biological detection techniques that can be detected without additional sample preparation steps. Here, we demonstrate a simple method for the fabrication of plasmonic-active chip which are uniformly deposited in a single Au layer. The glass based biosensor chip that can be effectively SPR driven was prepared via the control of the chemical ligand concentration, temperature change, and surface modification. As such, we examined the correlation between the enhanced plasmonic effect and surface structure of the resulting substrate to determine the optimum conditions for highly sensitive LSPR sensor chip. To confirm the possibility of the non-labeled LSPR biosensor, we apply it to the quantitative detection of C-reactive protein associated with cardiovascular and renal risk factors. We report a limit of detection for CRP of 10 ng/mL.
