제목 방사선 조사법을 이용하여 항균성을 갖는 Ag@Silica 및 Ag@Poly(styrene) nanocomposities의 제조
초록 In order to apply antibacterial coating materials, the Ag@SiO2 nanocomposites were prepared by gamma-irradiation. The products were characterized by EF-TEM, EDXS and SEM. The TEM images demonstrate that the well-dispersed Ag (~ 5nm) was attached to the surface of SiO2 nanoparticle (300 nm). The Ag@SiO2 nanocomposites were also tested antimicrobial activity by using spectrophotometer (OD). The antimicrobial activity of Ag@SiO2 colloids was above 99.9% at 100 mg/mL min for 5 days. The Ag@PSt nanocomposites were also prepared by radiation reduction of Ag ions in PSt colloids. Furthermore, the Ag@PSt nanocomposites were prepared via an in situ gamma-irradiation method. The antimicrobial activity of the Ag@PSt nanocomposites prepared via an in situ gamma-irradiation method is in progress.
