제목 | Evaluation of Anti-Oxidative Activity and Composition from Citrus junos seeds shell Extracts |
초록 | At present, Citrus junos seed takes about 15% of total weight of whole Citrus junos fruit, and is abandon during most of processed yuja seed product. Therefore, its meaningful to investigate on such properties of Citrus junos seed and furthermore, develop certain types of processed Citrus junos seed product. Citrus junos seed oil is squeezed by pressure process and the extracted by-products ware extracted using 60% ethanol as a solvent. Among the extracts, it was analyzed by HPLC for compounds of limonin. In addition, antioxidant and whitening activities assay of Citrus junos seed shell extract was evaluated by total polyphenol, total flavonoid, DPPH and tyrosinase inhibitory activity method. As a result, we found that Citrus junos seed shell extract antioxidant and whitening activities was obtained at a concentration of undiluted solution. As a results, Citrus junos seed shell extract can be used as an cosmetics material having chemical components, antioxidant and whitening activity. |
