Control of drug release behavior of pH-responsive PVA/PAAc hydrogel by surface modification |
| 초록 |
The pH-responsive hydrogel was prepared by radical polymerization for a drug delivery system. The drug release rate was controlled by surface modification using oxyfluorination or fluorination. The surface of hydrogel became hydrophilic or hydrophobic by oxyfluorination or fluorination, respectively as comfirmed by contact angle measurement. Morphology of PVA/PAAc hydrogels was studied with field emission scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry detection. |
