제목 Synthesis of Graphite/Polymer Nanocomposites using Amphiphilic Urethane Acrylate as a dispersion agent
초록 Exfoliated Graphite (EG)/Polymer composites were prepared by first wetting the EG sheets with an amphiphilic dispersant agent Urethane Acrylate Nonionomer (UAN) which also acts as a reactive oligomer. The composite films were then fabricated by free radical in situ co-polymerization of UAN and other monomers in the presence of EG. UAN plays an important role in the dispersion of the EG resulting in conductive networks lower EG content. Furthermore UAN improved the mechanical properties of the different composites like inducing flexibility in the usually rigid PMMA films.
