High triplet energy Be complex as an electron transport type host material for blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes. |
초록 |
High triplet energy beryllium complex, beryllium 2-(pyrazol-1-yl)pyridin-3-olate (Bepypy2), was synthesized as the host material for blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes. Bepypy2 showed high triplet energy of 2.75 eV for efficient energy transfer to blue phosphorescent dopant. The host material was evaluated as the host material for iridium (III) bis((3,5-difluorophenyl)pyridine) picolinate and high quantum efficiency of 19.7% was achieved in sky blue phosphorescent device. |
