Suface Engineering by using of the nanofilms containing of a amphiphilic copolymer to prevent bio-fouling |
초록 |
Controlling biofilm formation is highly important for many applications including biosensing technoloogy. We have synthesized amphiphilic graft copolymers and prepared thin films which are able to create nanoporous structures through microphase separation. The thin films were fabricated by layer-by-layer process, as the results the deposited films exhibits different wettability, surface morphology and bio-adhesiveness. We introduced the films into micro-channel system in order to prevent bio-fouling as well as provide the better cell culturing condition. The results of this study indicate a great versatility of using polymer thin films for surface modification of microsystem. |
