제목 Design of processing condition for highly concentrated material system extrusion
초록 Highly concentrated material has been applied to various industrial fields, for example, solid rocket fuels, ceramics, cement and so on. Multimodal particle system was used to maximize the amount of particles into a given volume of polymer. Intermeshing co-rotating twin screw extruder was employed to manufacture highly concentrated polymer composites. The processing was conducted using appropriate screw arrangement to keep enough residence time and dispersion performance in kneading section in extruder. To characterize some properties of highly concentrated polymer composites, mechanical and rheological properties were also accomplished.
