제목 Optimization the pretreatment conditions of barley straw with dilute sulfuric acid
초록 Response surface methodology(RSM) was used for optimization the fractionation conditions of barley straw with dilute sulfuric acid. The solid liquid ratio was fixed as 1:10, and the independent variables were acid concentration in the range of 0.15 to 0.85%, reaction temperatures in the range of 153 to 187℃, and hydrolysis time in the range of 6.3 to 23.6 min. were studied. The dependent variables were xylose yield, glucose released from straw, and the production of by products, for example, furfural, HMF, revulunic acid etc.Experimental results had a good match with statistical result. The maximum xylose yield obtained in this experiment was 83% with 4% glucose concentration.
